SESAME SEEDS is the seed of sesamum indicum. It is yellowish, whitesh, or black in colour and has a nut-like, mild flavour. We export assorted varieties in sesame seeds like 99/1 quality (99% whitish seed & 1 % other color seeds), 98/2, 95/5, 90/10, crushing quality. Sesame seed consist of whole dried seed from the plant Sesame indicum L. The colour is off white / creamish. Odour and taste are typical, product specific.

Sesame Seeds are rich in Proteins, Carbohydrates and Nutrition. Sesame Seeds is exported as Natural, Hulled, Roasted and in Oil form.

We export different grades of HULLED SESAME SEEDS in terms of purity 99.98%, 99.95% & premium quality exports with certification of free from microbiological organism. Mechanically hulled and mechanically dried sesame seed consists of the hulled seed from the plant sesame indicum L. The colour is white. Odour and taste are typical, and free from foreign odour and taste, such as mustiness or rancidity.

The BLACK SESAME SEEDS is less common and has a more concentrated flavor than other sesame seeds. Black sesame seeds are especially good on salmon and other fish.

The natural black sesame seeds which we offer are carefully cleaned. We also offer two qualities of black sesame seeds – General and Z-Black (deep black), both are color-sorted and hence does not include white seeds.

We also export BROWN SESAME SEEDS. These small tasty, unhulled seeds are used in cereals, crackers, spreads, drinks, casseroles, granola, candies, soups, salads, fish and baked goods.

Delicious when toasted and sprinkled on grains or main dishes. Known as tahini when ground into a butter. A nutritious mayonnaise substitute may be made by simply blending sesame seeds with water (1 part seeds to about 2 cups water), season to taste
